Day 1: Thessaloniki – Edessa water falls – Loutra Pozar – Kastoria (_,_,D)
Morning arrival at Thessaloniki a/p . Meet our representative, welcome. Car pick up and drive Thessaloniki, Edessa waterfalls, Loutra Pozar, Nimfaio, Kastoria. (250km – 5 hrs). Dinner at a local tavern
Day 2: Prespes lake – Konitsa – Papingo (B,_,D)
Morning drive to Prespes lake. Take a boat trip to Achilleios island (8€ pp). Drive to Nestorio, Konitsa, Aoos river, Papingo for overnight. Walk to rock pools. Dinner at the hotel or a local tavern.
Day 3: Explore Zagorochoria (B,_,D)
Today explore Zagorochoria. Visit some of 46 traditional villages in the area. Meet our mountain guide at the hotel and drive to Aristi, Vikos village. Short hiking to Voidomatis springs. Continue to Kipoi with the three arc stone bridges. Drive to Kapessovo and walk to Vradeto steps. Drive to Monodendri for overnight. Short walk to Aghia Paraskevi Monastery and Vikos vantage point with the breath taking views of the world`s deepest gorge. Dinner at a local tavern
Day 4: Ioannina – Tzoumerka – Arachthos river rafting (B,_,D)
Morning drive to Ioannina. Walk around the lake, craft market, castle (Synagogue visit upon request). Continue to Arachthos rafting base where you have a unique rafting experience(4hrs). Drive to Kataraktis with the twin water falls. Overnight at Tzoumrtka. Dinner at the hotel or a local tavern.
Day 5: Explore Tzoumerka – Metsovo – Kalambaka (B,_,D)
After breakfast drive to Pramanta to visit the Anamotrypa stalactite cave, Kalarites with the Kipina monastery wedged into the vertical cliff and Metsovo traditional village. Visit Averof winery and test the delicius smoked cheese. Continue to Kalambaka for overnight. Dinner at a taven with monasteries view,
Day 6: Meteora Monasteries – Thessaloniki – Departure (B,_,_)
Morning visit two monasteries standing between earth and the sky atop of huge rocks, with a local guide. Continue to Thessaloniki for a short city walk and last minute shopping. Drive to airport. Car drop off and get your flight back home.
